Note: Our Property photography consist between 10-15 final images and can varies due to the size of each property. We always strive for a full coverage of the property to ensure the best display of the property.

Note: Our Standard in Aerial Photography consists of full location coverage, displaying key amenities, which might results between 2-5 final images, plus also showcasing the land with total land size and dimensions whenever possible, utilising data from the State’s Government Database, unless provided with additional information from the agent or homeowner.

Note: We can customise the look and feel of our planning to suit your brand guidelines. By default, we will submit a 2D Color Plans that will clearly show different types of areas apart (eg. Wet Areas, Living Areas, etc). You can always submit style guidance for us to follow across all plans.

Turnaround Times -
24 hours for Photography & 48 hours for Videography.
Currently, the Super Package has a 24 hours delivery on both Photos & Video, with it soon to be same day delivery, becoming a powerful tool for faster listing and definately impressing homeowners.

Branding -
By forwarding your Brand Guidelines, we can match everything to a tee across all media produced (eg. Watermarking, Aerial Style, Fonts, Floorplans, etc). If you don’t, no stress, we have years of experience so we will do something that fits closely with your brand and looks all the part!

Invoicing -
Invoices are sent at the end of each month, covering all jobs. Payment is due one week into the following month. Feel free to speak to us with any queries on this.

File Delivery - 
Files are delivered via Google Drive. Video’s are also sent via unlisted YouTube link (for easy CRM integration, and not searchable on Youtube). Thirdly, Social Videos on Instragram can be co-posted using IG collaborator’s feature for dual exposure.

Availability - 
Currently we have an allocation of2 shoots/day per client. If additional bookings come in, say, you wish to book 3 property shoots on a particular day, we can, though delivery may occasionally exceed 48 hours—but we’ll always aim for a fast turnaround.
